The brief
Attendance that runs itself
Most small and mid-sized teams still track attendance on a paper logbook or a month-end spreadsheet, then argue over whose clock-in was whose. Enterprise HR suites solve it, but at price points and setup costs those teams can't justify.
WeAtWork closes that gap. The promise is in the headline, "track performance, not attendance", so the product had to make the actual tracking disappear: no hardware to buy, no terminals to mount, and a setup measured in minutes rather than onboarding calls.
Getting started is four steps: add your business, create the locations you operate from, invite your employees, and start tracking in real time, the whole thing live in about two minutes.
The product
Clock in from your phone, with a confidence score
Employees check in and out from their own smartphone against a registered location, so there are no kiosks or biometric terminals to maintain. Every check-in and check-out is timestamped and given a confidence rating, a clear percentage that flags how trustworthy each punch is.
Managers read the attendance table at a glance: location, user, check in and check out, each with a colour-coded confidence badge, green for solid, amber for borderline, red when a punch needs a second look. It is how WeAtWork kills "buddy punching" without anyone having to police it.

Attendance data flows into paychecks. If the interface feels like a rough prototype, the numbers feel like rough estimates too, and people stop trusting the system the moment an employee disputes an hour.
So we built WeAtWork with the visual vocabulary of established SaaS: a calm marketing site, a focused dark dashboard, a consistent spacing grid, and the full supporting cast of modals, dropdowns and validation, with accessible focus states and keyboard-first flows throughout. The payoff is a tool that reduces admin overhead, eliminates buddy punching, and reads as accurate, efficient and compliant.
